A virtual sound card to dump an audio stream over the network (Windows)

Here is a driver named Scream for Windows rather original since once installed, it provides a virtual audio device capable of relaying all the sounds from your computer through a multicast PCM stream on your local network. Unicast is possible, but as an option.
