Today, I invite you to take a look at a new, cool self-hosted application called Speedtest Tracker.

So, what is this thing? Well, it’s an internet connection performance tracking application that regularly launches speed tests via the Ookla Speedtest service.

Why use it? Its goal is to create a history of your internet connection performance so that you can be immediately informed when you are not getting the speeds promised by your internet service provider.

If you’re interested, I invite you to check out the documentation here, which explains how to install it. You’ll see that it’s very easy since it uses Docker.

This is a really useful tool for anyone who wants to track the performance of their internet connection over time, and I thought you would find it interesting.

Have fun with it.
